  • The image looks different to the item that I received.
    All the images on our website are as accurate as possible to the products. However, due to the differences in screens and systems used by our customers, colours and shades may not be 'exact' to the true product.
  • What does 'pre-loved' mean?
    Pre-loved items are second-hand, and are likely to have been worn or used at least once. As such, they may not be in perfect condition, though we will endeavour to accurately describe the condition of all goods on the site. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with an item, please contact us at buxomandbliss@gmail.com and supply photographic evidence of your order and the item fault and we will endeavour to get back to you with 10-15 business days.
  • What does 'ex-stock' mean?
    Ex-stock refers to items that classed an un-used, surplus, left over stock that has not been sold via high-street retail stores and have been purchased for us to be able to re-sell to you.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    There is a standard shipping charge of £4.95. All parcels sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. For orders over £65 delivery is free.
  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. Please note that Buxom & Bliss do not take responsibility for any delays due to issues at Royal Mail, adverse weather conditions, etc.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately, we only ship within the United Kingdom. Stay tuned though as this will change in the future.
  • How do I return an item(s)?
    Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products sold through www.buxomandbliss.com.
  • What happens if I receive a faulty item(s)?
    In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us at buxomandbliss@gmail.com and supply photographic evidence of your order and the item fault and we will endeavour to get back to you with 10-15 business days.
  • What happens if I receive the wrong item(s)?
    In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us at buxomandbliss@gmail.com and supply photographic evidence of your order and the incorrect item received and we will endeavour to get back to you with 10-15 business days.
